Beaty is the founder and executive director of Osiep Nyathi. She has Master degree in Political Science . She is passionate about challenging social and economic inequalities in rural areas of Kenya and empowering girls and women.
Sam Oduma
Sam Oduma is the co-founder and Financial Director of Osiep Nyathi. He graduated from Kenyatta University with Bachelor’s in Economics and Statistics. He is passionate about making change in the world. He believes in equity and equal opportunities for all and is passionate about youth mentorship.
Fiona Auma
Fiona is a member and a lead mentor of ON. She's a student at KCA University pursuing Bachelor of Business Information Technology. She's in support of making Kenya a better place technologically due to her passion in IT. She likes swimming and hiking.
Tia Delaney
Tia's focus is on Volunteer Management and Workshop Development. Her passion is working with students in the field of Special Education.Tia specializes in creating social engagement for youth with varying cognitive and behavioural abilities to create lasting friendships with their peers and inspire youth discover what works for everyone.

Meshak Odongo
Meshak loves connecting with the community. He helps with organizing and running workshops for young boys and girls in Nyatike, Migori County.

Juliet is the Mentor and ToT of Osiep Nyathi. She graduated from St. Camillus School of Nursing-Tabaka. She is currently working with the Ministry of Health, National Government based in Migory County. She is passionate about educating Reproductive Health in rural areas of Kenya and empowering girls and women.

Jonathan Walker
Jonathan contributes to youth programming and mentorship at ON. He loves contributing to meaningful youth empowerment causes. His expertise is in health policy and programming, honed over the past four years with the BC Ministry of Health, First Nations Health Authority and AIDS Support Organization in Kampala, Uganda.
Jane Wanjiru
Jane graduated from The University of British Columbia with a Bachelors in Science. She is passionate about mentoring and empowering black youth. She aspires to work in healthcare in the foreseeable future. During her free time, she likes volunteering, listening to podcasts, and learning new things.
